Khela BD's Terms & Conditions

Khela BD (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Khela BD and its users ("you", "member").

By registering on or using Khela BD, you confirm that:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are using this service of your own free will.
• Online betting is legal in your region.
• You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

Khela BD reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The following eligibility requirements apply to open an account and place bets on Khela BD:

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Each individual may only register one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for verification.
• Multiple individuals living at the same address may hold separate accounts, but prior approval must be obtained by contacting us first.

Khela BD reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts created using false information will be immediately suspended and any balance may be forfeited.

Khela BD accepts deposits via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. Currently accepted payment options are: bKash, Nagad & Rocket।

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000 per day (separate limits apply for VIP members).
• Deposits are generally instant — in most cases credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Any issues with payment processing must be reported to support within 24 hours.
• There are no additional charges on deposits, though the payment gateway's own fees may apply.

Khela BD never requests deposits via direct bank transfer. If anyone claiming to represent Khela BD asks you to send money directly to a bank account, it is a scam — report it to support immediately.

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from Khela BD:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳50,000 per day for standard members; separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals for standard members are typically processed within 2 hours; VIP members within 30 minutes.
• Suspicious activity may require additional verification and could result in withdrawal delays.

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirement for that bonus. Each bonus comes with its own terms — make sure you read them at the time of registration.

Khela BD regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. To take advantage of these offers, the following general conditions apply:

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once (unless otherwise stated).
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only.
• Wagering requirements are generally 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Certain sports or markets may be mandatory when placing bets using a bonus.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days from the date of issue.
• Khela BD reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on Khela BD:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed before an event begins will be treated as pre-match bets.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match is cancelled or suspended, the bet will be voided unless the outcome has already been determined.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a data feed error or technical fault, Khela BD reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and market.

Khela BD offers betting on cricket, football, tennis, badminton, and many more sports. Sport-specific rules can be found in the Sports Betting section of the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khela BD:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports fraud.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Accessing another user's account or sharing accounts.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Arbitrage betting or systematically exploiting odds vulnerabilities.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.

If such activity is proven, the account will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Khela BD may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Request to self-close your account.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account.

Khela BD is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to technical issues or internet disruptions.
• Issues with the user's own device or connection.
• Delays caused by third-party payment platforms.
• Any financial losses from betting — betting is inherently risky.

If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, Khela BD reserves the right to correct the discrepancy, even after the payout has been processed.

Khela BD believes in responsible gaming and is committed to helping every member manage their betting habits.

• Deposit Limit: Set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Cap the maximum bet amount within a set time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere from 30 days to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: A 72-hour waiting period is mandatory for any limit increase.
